A behind-the-scenes look at three unique screen printing techniques

There are many variations of printing styles, and we can likely customize each one to fit a specific need. But three main approaches can help point toward the perfect outcome for your screen-printed t-shirt. We’re going to tell you all about it!

Traditional High-Detailed Double Print

The traditional high detailed double print technique. This method involves meticulous detailing with a single color, followed by a flash drying process, and then printed again for double brightness. This method allows for intricate designs but also achieves a vibrant and eye-catching finish.

Vintage Distressed Technique

For those seeking a touch of nostalgia, Bullseye utilizes our white ink distressed filter technique. This method combines the classic appeal of white ink with a distressed filter to achieve an older, worn-in look. The result is a T-shirt that exudes character and authenticity as if it has weathered the test of time, while maintaining the quality and durability expected from modern screen printing.

Vintage-Based Additive Technique

For a softer, lighter, faded design, we’ll use a vintage-based additive. This method creates T-shirts that are not only softer and lighter but also boast a naturally faded appearance without the need for distressing. It's a subtle yet impactful approach that caters to those who appreciate a lived-in feel without compromising on quality.
