The Vitamix name is synonymous with high quality and high expectations. The company, based in Olmsted Township, Ohio has been producing high performance blenders for consumers, restaurants and hospitality industries since 1921.

Vitamix reached out to Bullseye Activewear to help produce branded apparel for their marketing team to wear during an important presentation. They wanted a nice quality, unisex tee shirt that would wash and wear well. It was important that the design on the shirt reflected the superior character of the Vitamix brand.

For the garment, the Vitamix marketing team chose a cotton, black, American Apparel t-shirt that checked all the boxes. Bullseye’s graphic designers worked closely with Vitamix’s art department to create a memorable design that communicated that their blenders are something you can’t live without and are a kitchen appliance that purchasers of the product will use multiple times per day. The front of each shirt was screen printed with a cup & straw graphic and the tagline “SMOOTHIES all day”. The back of the shirt had a complimentary design of a martini glass and the moniker “COCKTAILS all night”. The Vitamix logo was printed at an appropriate size near the bottom of both sides of the shirt.

The artwork was large, so that involved a variety of considerations in order for it to print optimally. To ensure the consistent appeal of the Vitamix brand, Bullseye offered suggestions for the Pantone colors that topped off an outstanding piece of promotional apparel for the team to wear proudly at the presentation.
